In 2025, we launched a new booking and registration system that offers significant advantages for our artists.
No more waiting for applications! You can now reserve your stand in real time and upload your own artwork and details. Your booking will be instantly registered on our website and will appear in our listings section once approved.
Our approval process serves two key purposes. First, it ensures that all submitted artwork complies with our terms and conditions, particularly those related to inappropriate or offensive content. Second, we prioritise diversity in our listings to create a balanced and engaging experience for all visitors.
Once registered, you can easily edit your listing at any time by logging into your account.

What You Need Before Listing and Booking a Stand
Before you start listing yourself and booking a stand, make sure you have the following ready to upload:
- Artwork Examples
- Format: `.jpg’
- Maximum file size: 2MB per image
- Tip: Choose images that best represent your style and range.
- Public Liability Insurance Certificate
- Accepted formats:
.jpeg,.pdf - Maximum file size: 3MB
- Note: This is essential for participation—ensure it’s valid and clearly legible.
