Artist Registration

No more waiting for applications! You can now reserve your stand in real time and upload your own artwork and details. Your booking will be instantly registered on our website and will appear in our listings section once approved.

Our approval process serves two key purposes. First, it ensures that all submitted artwork complies with our terms and conditions, particularly those related to inappropriate or offensive content. Second, we prioritise diversity in our listings to create a balanced and engaging experience for all visitors.

Once registered, you can easily edit your listing at any time by logging into your account.

Get Ready to Showcase Your Work

Before you start listing yourself and booking a stand, ensure you have a few images of your artwork ready to upload and, most importantly, a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate (ready to upload).

IMPORTANT: If any of your images exceed 2 MB your upload may fail and possibly your registration. So make sure your image sizes are not massive and you use the correct formats (.jpg, .gif, .png).

By registering you don’t have to commit to book!
